This is one of the sweetest news stories, I have seen. About
four months ago 85-year-old JR Nicholoson, made a bond for life with a beagle mix named Buddy. He adopted him from Mason County Animal Shelter, in San Angelo Texas.
According to reports, Nicholoson’s ranch hand Brian Wright called for an ambulance. Mr. Nicholoson told him, he was feeling dizzy. What happened next?
The ambulance was on their way to Fredericks hospital when a driver flagged them down. They had been driving for about twenty miles, they didn’t know they had an extra passenger.
The driver pointed out that a dog had hitched a ride with them on the side of the ambulance. The technician, Mr. Brown, and the ER Staff took Buddy with them.
Buddy wanted to be by his owner’s side. Mr. Nicholoson made a nice recovery. Buddy was a big part of it. A beautiful picture of the love dogs gives us in our life. He was making sure his owner was ok.
